Lucima was turned over in the third quarter of 2024, which makes it the only Arthaland residence on this site that is not a drawing. Thirty-seven storeys on 2,245 square metres at the corner of Cardinal Rosales Avenue and Samar Loop, drawn by the Portuguese practice Saraiva+Associados, with 2.9 metre ceilings and windows facing the sea, the mountains or the city depending on where in the stack you stand. Every photograph below is of the finished building.

Four decisions that shape the building.

A dining area at Lucima with timber panelling and a window onto the city. — Two point nine metres The floor-to-ceiling height is the single decision you feel most in a finished unit. It is what lets a 38 square metre home read as generous and a 318 square metre one read as a house.

One to four bedrooms, across named tiers rather than a single repeated plan. Exact areas differ by tier and by floor, so the figures worth quoting are the ones on the specific unit.

One-Bedroom Classic The entry plan, and the smallest in the building at around 38 square metres.

One-Bedroom Executive The same brief with more floor area, generally taken by owner-occupiers rather than by investors.

One-Bedroom Suite A walk-in wardrobe and a separated bathroom, at the top of the one-bedroom range.

Two-Bedroom Suite The family plan, and the point in the stack where the sea view starts to hold across the whole unit.

Three and Four-Bedroom The largest homes in the tower, running to 318 square metres at the top of the building.

Lucima is complete, so what is available is resale and any remaining developer inventory rather than a pre-selling allocation. Prices, exact areas and the current list are available on request.

Cebu Business Park is the compact centre of the city: Ayala Center Cebu across the road, the hospitals and international schools within a few minutes, and Mactan-Cebu International Airport reachable without crossing the old town. The corner site means the tower takes light on two sides.
