Una Apartments sits inside Sevina Park, Arthaland's estate on Cecilia Araneta Parkway in Biñan, next door to De La Salle University's Laguna campus. Leandro V. Locsin Partners drew it. The units are studios and one-bedrooms with a balcony, a 2.7 metre ceiling and laminated wood floors, and they arrive with the air conditioning, kitchen, bed and wardrobe already in them.
Living and dining
Twenty-eight square metres with a 2.7 metre ceiling, which is what keeps a studio this size from feeling like a corridor. The model unit is styled; the shelving and the objects are not part of it.

Most pre-selling units are handed over bare. These are not. The list below is the developer's own schedule of deliverables, which is worth reading against the photographs: the model units are styled for viewing, and the styling is not what arrives.

De La Salle University's Laguna campus is next door, and SLEX and CALAX both connect from the parkway, which is what makes the address work for a commute that does not go through Metro Manila traffic.
