LRA Fee Bracket Reference

Tiered registration fee schedule used by the Land Registration Authority. The applied bracket is highlighted.

How it works: The fee is calculated cumulatively. For example, a ₱3M property pays the maximum of all lower brackets plus the marginal rate for amounts in the ₱1.7M+ bracket. The calculator handles all the math automatically.
Disclaimer: This is an estimate based on the published LRA fee schedule. Actual fees may vary slightly between Registry of Deeds branches, and additional charges (annotation fees, certified true copies, etc.) may apply. Always verify the final amount with your Registry of Deeds before payment. For the complete closing cost picture, use our Sales Closing Fees Calculator.
