A developer that builds few things, and certifies all of them.
Arthaland is a Philippine property developer listed on the Philippine Stock Exchange. It puts its buildings through third-party sustainability certification as a matter of course — LEED, WELL, EDGE and BERDE, three international standards and one Philippine, pursued together rather than collected one at a time. GLRA Realty is an accredited seller of the five developments below.
They are not variations on each other. Sondris and Eluria are two very different answers to the same square kilometre of Makati. Liv is a student address on Katipunan and Una is a first home in a Laguna university town. Lucima is finished and standing in Cebu. Each has its own page, built the same way, so you can read them against one another.
Five, in order of scale.
Sondris
A joint venture with Mitsui Fudosan (Asia). Thirty-seven storeys on Arnaiz Avenue facing the two-storey roofs of San Lorenzo, which is the reason the views hold. From the two-bedroom up, the balcony becomes an enclosed Sun Room.
Eluria
Thirty-seven residences in a thirty-one storey building, two to a floor, each reached by a private lift that opens inside the home. Service is run by Hospitality Directors trained at The International Butler Academy.
Liv
Forty-six storeys on Katipunan with a private bridgeway into Ateneo Gate 1. Studios start at 24 sqm, which makes it the entry point to the whole portfolio — bought by parents for a student, and kept by the student who stays after graduating.
Una
Three towers inside Sevina Park, next door to De La Salle Laguna. Studios and one-bedrooms handed over with air conditioning, kitchen, bed and wardrobe already in — a first home you move into rather than fit out.
Lucima
The only one of the five that is finished. Turned over in 2024, thirty-seven storeys on Cardinal Rosales Avenue with 2.9 metre ceilings. What is available is resale and remaining developer inventory, and you can walk into it this week.

Entry figures are the developer's own published starting prices and change without notice. Eluria and Lucima are quoted on request rather than listed. Unit availability moves week to week; ask and we will send what is currently open, with a computation against the specific unit.

Lucima and Eluria are pre-certified LEED Gold. Sondris, Liv and Una are registered and targeting the same four standards. Until a building completes, those are targets rather than awards, and each page says which it is.
Sevina Park, where Una stands, is separately certified Platinum under both LEED for Neighborhood Development and LEED for Homes.
Certification is the part of a developer's claim that somebody else has to sign. It is also the part a buyer can check years later, which is why it is the thread worth following across five buildings that otherwise have very little in common — a 580 sqm penthouse on Rada Street and a 24 sqm studio on Katipunan are not the same product, and this page does not pretend otherwise.
